Summary. Leukemia and other hemoblastoses, due to their significance, are still the subject of close study in the biological, veterinary and medical sciences. The acute problem of hemoblastosis is given by the similar development and clinical and morphological manifestation of these diseases in animals, humans, and even birds. The problem of bovine leukemia due to biological, epizootic-epidemic, socioeconomic and a number of other factors is also an urgent problem in modern conditions, which makes it necessary to further study this infectious pathology in order to more successfully carry out anti-leukemia measures. The fact that in regions with a high percentage of bovine leukemia, a higher incidence of human leukemia indirectly emphasizes the danger of bovine leukemia virus to humans. The order of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 156, which entered into force on September 1, 2021, is dedicated to tightening measures to combat this insidious chronic disease in Russia and other countries of the Eurasian Commonwealth. This order is a command of the time, since new, more advanced methods of early diagnosis of bovine leukemia have appeared. In a number of regions of Russia, namely in the Urals, in the Leningrad Region, bovine leukemia has practically been eliminated, thanks to the comprehensive work of scientists, employees of veterinary laboratories, practical veterinary specialists of farms in cooperation with heads of livestock enterprises who take unpopular measures for the sake of public health. The modern legislative base, which has been prepared by the Ministry of Agriculture, will be the catalyst that will significantly accelerate the recovery of livestock enterprises in all regions of Russia from bovine leukemia.

Keywords: hemoblastosis, leukemia, hematopoietic tissue, leukemia virus, early diagnosis, order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation № 156, milk, antileukemic measures, health improvement.
