INFLUENCE OF IMMUNIZATION ON SOME FACTORS OF NATURAL RESISTANCE OF THE ORGANISM OF THE LAMBS

Borisov D.R.

Summary. One of the characteristics of an organism in the early period is a weak expression of its non-specific defense, which improved gradually, and may vary with the age of the animal. Authors studied the influence of these factors on the immunization of the body. Active immunization is often ineffective because of the reduced immunological reactivity of growing animals, including low bactericidal, lysozyme and phagocytic activities. The findings of our research show that high immunobiological reactivity observed in lambs up to one month of age, is directly related to influence of colostral immunity, followed by a decrease in levels of nonspecific defense of the body. The formation and establishment of these factors in animals occurs at 3 - 4 months of postnatal development. The bactericidal activity of serum (ALS) of blood of lambs of the groups have roughly the same. After immunization, authors observed increase of blood indices to the end of the study. Stimulating effect of immunization revealed synchronicity changes bactericidal and lysozyme activity of the blood of lambs. Significant changes are associated with the phagocytic activity of blood animals. After repeated injection of the vaccine active component reaches a maximum value and is 96,3 ± 0,5% , and remains high until the end of the experiment.

Key words: lambs, resistance, immunization, phagocytic, bactericidal and lysozyme activity, colostral immunity.
