Summary. New chemical preparations are being developed to overcome the rapidly developing resistance in houseflies (Musca domestica L.) to the insecticides used against them. The use of a combination of active substances from different chemical classes in the form of a bait makes it possible to slow down the development of resistance and increase the efficacy of measures against this type of insect. The research was carried out in the laboratory of the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Veterinary Entomology and Arachnology - branch of the Tyumen Scientific Center of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and under the production conditions of the poultry farm of Pyshminskaya LTD. Adult houseflies Musca domestica L. - females and males of 3-5 days of age of the laboratory population without segregation by sex, - were used for this purpose. In the laboratory, the effective rational doses of the above insecticides were determined by the methods of group feeding, feeding and the method of evaluating food insecticidal baits in the fight against flies from 0.000002 to 4% concentrations. According to the results of laboratory studies, it was found that the optimal doses that cause 100% death of insects were 0.002% for ivermectin and 0.02% for chlorfenapyr. The insecticidal effectiveness of the developed Mukhnet IC bait against flies under production conditions on the first day after treatment of the livestock building was 94%. The high insecticidal effect of the carried-out measures lasted 6 days. The restoration of the number of insects to the previous level occurred on the 10th day. The patent of the Russian Federation was obtained for this method of using ivermectin and chlorfenapyr.
