Summary. Data on the immunogenicity of associated vaccine against Pseudomonosis, Echrishiosis and Enterococcal infection of piglets are presented in the article. Pseudomonas aeruginosa has a wide spread and is often found in association with other pathogenic microorganisms. In most cases these associations include Escherichia coli, Streptococcus spp., Staphylococcus spp., Salmonella spp., Enterococcus spp. and Clostridium spp. 40 gestating sows, selected for this research, were divided in 4 groups, with 10 sows in each. Associated vaccine in doses 3 cm3, 5 cm3 and 7 cm3 was used for the first three groups, respectively. In each group sows were revaccinated after 2 weeks with the same quantity of vaccine. Fourth group was used as a control group without any vaccination. Blood samples for the research were taken on 7th, 14th, 21th and 28th day after first immunization. Afterwards, blood serum was analyzed for antibodies of serotypes О1, О3, О4, O6, О11, О19 of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, О8, О78, О136 of Escherichia сoli and К1, К3 of Escherichia faecalis. It was established that associated vaccines induce high antibody titers for Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia faecalis on the 21th day. Vaccines also induce high antibody titers for Escherichia coli on the 14th day. During the research authors established that optimal dosage for application of associated vaccine for gestating sows is 5 ml.
