Summary. For the first time, the authors studied the effect of arachnoentomoses on the organism of laboratory animals: albino mouse (Mus albus officinarum), European rabbit (Oryctolagus-cuniculus), laboratory rat (Rattus norvegicus domestica). Furthermore, the importance of using innovative diagnostic methods specifically in parasitology, the study of the principles of pathogen development, disease control at all stages of its interaction with the organism are indicated, the main features of arthropods of this group are highlighted. The study contains target which implied the determination of the arachnoentomoses’ associative manifestation influence on cytological parameters of animals. The authors used laboratory diagnostic methods, including the identification of pathogens of skin parasites, cytological examination of exudative effusion, followed by fixation and staining of the resulting smears-prints according to Pappenheim. The species diversity of bacteria and the actual secondary cause of the inflammatory reaction were determined by the method of routine crops with the study of species diversity using Microgen Strep-ID, Bacillus-ID and Staph-ID test systems. It was established that the cytological changes found in the study of skin scrapings in infected animals, in contrast to the indices of clinically healthy animals, differed in the presence of mast cells, chromatin filaments, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and erythrocytes. The found species diversity of microflora was represented by the bacteria Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus pyogenes and Streptococcus intermedius in different proportions among the studied animal species. The authors noted the importance of using this diagnostic method, which is an important criterion for prescribing treatment with drugs of different groups, including combined ones, that can affect both pathogenic, opportunistic microflora and pathogens Cheyletidae spp. and Trichodectes spp.
