Summary. Results of research in terms of private farming in Krasnodar region for the study of an effective and preventive impact using new probiotic feed additive Bacell-M as part of grain mixture and complete granular mixed fodders are presented in the article. Strains of Bacell-M probiotic microorganisms are chosen so that they exhibit antagonism to maximal pathogenic, conditionally pathogenic and putrefactive flora of the gastrointestinal tract. Active components inhabit certain layers of mucous pili in the lower parts of the small and large intestine. Use of Bacell-M probiotic feed additive in diets for rabbits in the amount of 0.6% of the feed weight, improves intestinal microbiocenosis (index of immunity and growth) and increase economic efficiency of livestock production. Cost price reduction of rearing rabbits in live weight was established in the second group by 3.9% relative to control, and profitability of production was 365%, higher than the control at 80%. The use of probiotic feed additive contributed to improving the safety of the rabbits to 93,3 and 92,9% in the 2nd and 4th test groups, respectively, increasing body weight of rabbits. Significant difference in change in the amount of protein blood fractions and macroelements in rabbits of experimental groups compared with the control analogues was established. Perspective microorganism Enterococcus faecium, included in a Bacell-M feed additive in combination with traditional Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus paracasei enhances its effect, and therefore increases the resistance in rabbits, while the microorganisms which are included in a feed additive contribute to the prevention of diseases, providing high indices of metabolic processes, growth and safety of young rabbits.
